The Edwardsville Tigers (Edwardsville, IL) basketball nipped the host Belleville West Maroons (Belleville, IL), 46-45 in Tuesday's league test.
The Tigers (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Alton (Alton, IL). The Redbirds go into the Southwestern test with a 2-14 record. In their last test, Alton was tipped by Collinsville (Collinsville, IL), 86-64, in a league test.
