The Randolph Rockets basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms to 45 in the Rockets non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Rockets now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hayfield for a A Section 1 contest on Friday, January 13. Randolph will battle a Vikings team coming off a 59-58 league loss to Kenyon-Wanamingo (Kenyon, MN). The Vikings record now stands at 9-3.
The Awesome Blossoms (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Bethlehem Academy (Faribault, MN). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 4-3 record.
