The Schroon Lake Wildcats (Schroon Lake, NY) basketball felled the visiting Bolton Central Eagles (Bolton Landing, NY), 54-37 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (6-0) will now prepare for their test against Chazy (Chazy, NY). The Eagles go into the Section 7 Mountain Valley test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Chazy thwarted Lake Placid (Lake Placid, NY), 46-26, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Crown Point for a Section 7 Mountain Valley test on Thursday, January 12. Bolton Central will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 55-48 league loss to Seton Catholic Central (Plattsburgh, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 8-2.
