Dumas Demons (Dumas, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Borger Bulldogs (Borger, TX), 83-62 in a league bout.

With the win, Dumas upgrades its record to 17-7 on the season. The Demons travel to Pampa (Pampa, TX) to play the Harvesters in a 4A Region I District 4 bout on Friday, January 13. The Harvesters go into the bout with a record of 13-9. Pampa lost 86-35 in their recent league bout against Canyon (Canyon, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the West Plains Wolves (Amarillo, TX) in a 4A Region I District 4 bout, on Friday, January 13. Borger will attempt to upgrade on its 8-14 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 8-6 record after their 75-60 league win over Perryton (Perryton, TX).
