The Underwood Rockets basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Brandon/Evansville Chargers to 57 in the Rockets league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rockets now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hancock for a A Section 6 contest on Friday, January 13. Underwood will battle a Owls team coming off a 80-66 league win over Rothsay (Rothsay, MN). The Owls record now stands at 5-3.

The Chargers (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against West Central Area (Barrett, MN). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, West Central Area nudged Montevideo (Montevideo, MN), 57-56, in a league contest.
