The Britton-Hecla Braves basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Wilmot Wolves to 55 in the Braves league triumph on Tuesday.
The Braves now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Florence/Henry for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 12. Britton-Hecla will meet a Falcons team coming off a 65-49 non-league loss to Northwestern Area (Mellette, SD). The Falcons record now stands at 1-3.
The Wolves (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Ipswich (Ipswich, SD). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Ipswich nudged Sully Buttes (Onida, SD), 63-48, in a league contest.
