The Chiefs now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Airline for a 5A District 1 battle on Friday, January 13. Natchitoches Central will battle a Vikings team coming off a 68-66 league loss to Parkway (Bossier City, LA). The Vikings record now stands at 10-11.

The Yellow Jackets (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against Southwood (Shreveport, LA). The Cowboys come into the 5A District 1 battle with a 10-8 record. In their last battle, Southwood edged Haughton (Haughton, LA), 69-45, in a league battle.
