The Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, IA) basketball felled the visiting Carlisle Wildcats (Carlisle, IA), 78-58 in Tuesday's league test.
The Tigers (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Carroll (Carroll, IA). The Tigers go into the Raccoon River test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Carroll was beaten by A-D-M (Adel, IA), 43-37, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Winterset for a Raccoon River contest on Friday, January 20.
