Texas High School Basketball - Conrad ripped by West Mesquite

The West Mesquite Wranglers basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Conrad Chargers to 23 in the Wranglers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wranglers now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Adams for a 5A Region II District 12 contest on Friday, January 13. West Mesquite will meet a Cougars team coming off a 47-45 league loss to North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 12-11.
The Chargers (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Seagoville (Dallas, TX). The Dragons enter the 5A Region II District 12 contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Seagoville was routed by Poteet (Mesquite, TX), 50-41, in a league contest.
