Texas High School Basketball - Hitchcock trounces Danbury

The Hitchcock Bulldogs (Hitchcock, TX) basketball crushed the host Danbury Panthers (Danbury, TX), 98-51 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (13-7) will now prepare for their test against Hempstead (Hempstead, TX). The Bobcats go into the 3A Region III District 24 test with a 4-15 record. In their last test, Hempstead was trounced by Brazos (Wallis, TX), 66-43, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 4-19 record. They play next when they travel to Boling for a 3A Region III District 24 test on Friday, January 13. Danbury will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 48-42 league loss to Van Vleck (Van Vleck, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-7.
