California High School Basketball - Hayfork overwhelmed by Ferndale

The Ferndale Wildcats basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the host Hayfork Timberjacks to 41 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Fork for a Humboldt-Del Norte - Little 4 contest on Friday, January 13. Ferndale will battle a Cubs team coming off a 45-37 non-league loss to Eureka (Eureka, CA). The Cubs record now stands at 10-4.
The Timberjacks (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Big Valley (Bieber, CA). The Cardinals come into the Evergreen contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Big Valley was routed by Tulelake (Tulelake, CA), 72-59, in a league contest.
