The Franklin Warriors basketball team (Somerset, NJ), was overwhelmed 83-51 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Hunterdon Central Red Devils (Flemington, NJ)
The Red Devils now possess a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trenton Central for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 12. Hunterdon Central will confront a Tornadoes team coming off a 86-43 league win over Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NJ). The Tornadoes record now stands at 11-0.
The Warriors (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Rutgers Prep (Somerset, NJ). The Argonauts come into the non-league battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Rutgers Prep trounced Bridgewater-Raritan (Bridgewater, NJ), 71-35, in a non-league battle.
