The Oneida Nation Thunderhawks basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Gillett Tigers to 51 in the Thunderhawks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Thunderhawks now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wausaukee for a Marinette & Oconto contest on Thursday, January 12. Oneida Nation will face a Rangers team coming off a 48-40 league win over Lena (Lena, WI). The Rangers record now stands at 2-7.

With the defeat, Gillett moves to 6-4 on the year. The Tigers host Crivitz (Crivitz, WI) to face the Wolverines in a Marinette & Oconto game on Thursday, January 12. The Wolverines enter the game with a record of 12-0. Crivitz won 49-42 in their recent league game against Coleman (Coleman, WI)
