The Tuscaloosa Academy Knights tipped the host Greene County Tigers basketball team by a final score of 58-56 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Knights now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greene County for a 2A Area 5 battle on Tuesday, January 17.
The Tigers (7-11) will now prepare for their battle against Aliceville (Aliceville, AL). The Yellowjackets come into the 2A Area 5 battle with a 12-0 record. In their last battle, Aliceville edged Marion (Marion, AL), 54-47, in a league battle.
