Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Haverford School tipped by William Penn Charter

The William Penn Charter Quakers basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Haverford School Fords to 48 in the Quakers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Quakers now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Frankford for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. William Penn Charter will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 45-40 league win over George Washington (Philadelphia, PA). The Pioneers record now stands at 7-7.
The Fords (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (Philadelphia, PA). The Blue Devils enter the Inter-Academic contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Springside Chestnut Hill Academy nudged Germantown Academy (Fort Washington, PA), 64-54, in a league contest.
