With the win, Holton upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] (Wathena, KS) to play the Cyclones in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Cyclones go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] lost 55-43 in their recent non-league bout against Nemaha Central (Seneca, KS)

Next up, the Kaws play the Sabetha Bluejays (Sabetha, KS) in a Big Seven bout, on Friday, January 13. Perry-Lecompton will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Bluejays go into the bout with a 7-0 record after their 72-57 non-league win over Holton (Holton, KS).
