The KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate Panthers (Lynn, MA) basketball nipped the visiting Shawsheen Valley Tech Rams (Billerica, MA), 56-50 in Tuesday's league test.
The Panthers (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Greater Lowell Tech (Tyngsborough, MA). The Gryphons go into the Commonwealth - Upper test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Greater Lowell Tech got by Lowell Catholic (Lowell, MA), 64-40, in a non-league test.
The Rams now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 11. Shawsheen Valley Tech will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 70-67 non-league loss to Innovation Academy (Tyngsborough, MA). The Hawks record now stands at 5-3.
