Texas High School Basketball - Lakeview Centennial knocked off by Sachse

The Sachse Mustangs basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Lakeview Centennial Patriots to 44 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rowlett for a 6A Region II District 9 contest on Friday, January 13. Sachse will battle a Eagles team coming off a 44-41 league win over Naaman Forest (Garland, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 9-10.
The Patriots (3-17) will now prepare for their contest against Garland (Garland, TX). The Owls enter the 6A Region II District 9 contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Garland ran past North Garland (Garland, TX), 38-36, in a league contest.
