The Lamar County Bulldogs basketball team (Vernon, AL), dropped 69-50 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Winston County Yellowjackets (Double Springs, AL)
The Yellowjackets now possess a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Meek for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 12. Winston County will confront a Tigers team coming off a 69-27 league win over St. Bernard Prep (Cullman, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 13-6.
The Bulldogs (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against Marion County (Guin, AL). The Red Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 16-5 record. In their last battle, Marion County beat Hamilton (Hamilton, AL), 80-70, in a non-league battle.
