Georgia High School Basketball - Landmark Christian tops McNair

January 10, 2023: Atlanta, GA 30316

Landmark Christian War Eagles (Fairburn, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host McNair Mustangs (Atlanta, GA), 70-57 in a league bout.

With the victory, Landmark Christian upgrades its record to 6-10 on the campaign. The War Eagles travel to Elite Scholars Academy (Jonesboro, GA) to play the Royal Knights in a AA Region 5 bout on Friday, January 13. The Royal Knights come into the bout with a record of 7-5. Elite Scholars Academy lost 63-45 in their recent league bout against Redan (Stone Mountain, GA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers (McDonough, GA) in a AA Region 5 bout, on Friday, January 13. McNair will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Chargers come into the bout with a 5-11 record after their 76-57 league loss to Towers (Decatur, GA).
