The Le Sueur-Henderson/Minnesota New Country Giants (Le Sueur, MN) basketball nipped the visiting Sibley East Wolverines (Arlington, MN), 50-48 in Tuesday's league test.
The Giants (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Medford (Medford, MN). The Tigers go into the AA Section 2 test with a 2-6 record.
The Wolverines now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Nicollet for a non-league test on Thursday, January 12.
