Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Sherando Warriors (Stephens City, VA) and the visiting Liberty Eagles (Bealeton, VA), saw Sherando's basketball squad overcome Liberty by a tally of 60-42.

With the victory, Sherando improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Warriors host Handley (Winchester, VA) to confront the Judges in a Northwestern challenge on Friday, January 13. The Judges come into the challenge with a record of 5-8. Handley lost 49-43 in their recent league challenge against Skyline (Front Royal, VA)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Warren County Wildcats (Front Royal, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Liberty will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-10 record after their 87-45 league loss to Sherando (Stephens City, VA).
