The Nocona Indians (Nocona, TX) basketball crushed the host Lindsay Knights (Lindsay, TX), 48-26 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Indians (12-10) will now prepare for their test against Seymour (Seymour, TX). The Panthers go into the 2A Region II District 9 test with a 13-6 record. In their last test, Seymour was trounced by Quanah (Quanah, TX), 44-37, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they host Collinsville for a 2A Region II District 13 test on Friday, January 13. Lindsay will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 58-57 league loss to Muenster (Muenster, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 5-8.
