New Jersey High School Basketball - Livingston can't hold off Newark Collegiate Academy

The Newark Collegiate Academy Panthers basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Livingston Lancers to 39 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Barringer for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 12. Newark Collegiate Academy will battle a Blue Bears team coming off a 52-44 non-league loss to Science Park (Newark, NJ). The Blue Bears record now stands at 3-7.
The Lancers (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ). The Minutemen enter the Super Essex - Independence contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Newark Academy was nudged by Nutley (Nutley, NJ), 69-59, in a non-league contest.
