New Hampshire High School Basketball - Mascoma routs Newfound Regional

In Tuesday's league outing, the Mascoma Royals (Canaan, NH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Newfound Regional Bears (Bristol, NH), by a count of 61-35.
The Royals (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Stevens (Claremont, NH). The Cardinals enter the Division III match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Stevens crushed Monadnock (East Swanzey, NH), 53-41, in a league match.
With the defeat, Newfound Regional moves to 1-6 on the year. The Bears travel to Kearsarge (North Sutton, NH) to meet the Cougars in a Division III match on Friday, January 13. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 1-5.
