Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Riverside ripped by Mohawk Area

The Mohawk Area Warriors basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Riverside Panthers to 31 in the Warriors league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Brighton for a WPIAL 3A 1 contest on Friday, January 13. Mohawk Area will meet a Lions team coming off a 79-34 league loss to Neshannock (New Castle, PA). The Lions record now stands at 2-10.
The Panthers (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Freedom Area (Freedom, PA). The Bulldogs enter the WPIAL 3A 1 contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, Freedom Area was routed by Beaver Falls (Beaver Falls, PA), 64-27, in a league contest.
