The Plainview Hornets (Glenmora, LA) basketball nipped the host Northside Christian Warriors (Crowley, LA), 64-62 in Tuesday's league test.
The Hornets (6-7) will now prepare for their test against St. Joseph's - Plaucheville (Plaucheville, LA). The Eagles go into the C District 5 test with a 5-4 record.
The Warriors now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Fairview for a C District 5 test on Friday, January 13. Northside Christian will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 71-63 non-league loss to Natchitoches Central (Natchitoches, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 20-4.
