With the win, Oliver Springs upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Coalfield (Coalfield, TN) to clash with the Yellow Jackets in a 1A District 3 bout on Friday, January 13. The Yellow Jackets go into the bout with a record of 3-9. Coalfield lost 61-56 in their recent league bout against Harriman (Harriman, TN)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Rockwood Tigers (Rockwood, TN) in a 1A District 4 bout, on Friday, January 13. Oakdale will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 58-50 non-league loss to Jellico (Jellico, TN).
