The Prestonwood Christian Lions basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Parish Episcopal Panthers to 62 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now sport a 19-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Providence Academy for a TAPPS 1A District 3 contest on Saturday, January 14.

The Panthers (16-11) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX). The Friars come into the TAPPS 6A District 1 contest with a 18-9 record. In their last contest, Bishop Lynch prevailed over Trinity Christian (Addison, TX), 48-47, in a league contest.
