The Plains Cowboys basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the host Post Antelopes to 24 in the Cowboys league victory on Tuesday.

The Cowboys now sport a 19-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Home for a 2A Region I District 5 contest on Friday, January 13. Plains will battle a Leopards team coming off a 56-38 league win over Tahoka (Tahoka, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 10-7.

The Antelopes (1-21) will now prepare for their contest against Ropes (Ropesville, TX). The Eagles come into the 2A Region I District 5 contest with a 11-6 record.
