Seattle Christian Warriors (SeaTac, WA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Vashon Island Pirates (Vashon Island, WA), 56-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Seattle Christian upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Warriors travel to Annie Wright (Tacoma, WA) to clash with the Gators in a 1A Nisqually bout on Friday, January 13. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 9-0. Annie Wright won 82-39 in their recent league bout against Chimacum (Chimacum, WA)

Next up, the Pirates clash with the Charles Wright Tarriers (Tacoma, WA) in a 1A Nisqually bout, on Friday, January 13. Vashon Island will attempt to improve on its 8-3 season record. The Tarriers come into the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 63-52 league loss to Seattle Christian (SeaTac, WA).
