In Tuesday's league outing, the St. Cloud Tech Tigers (St. Cloud, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Willmar Cardinals (Willmar, MN), by a count of 72-41.
The Tigers (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Rocori (Cold Spring, MN). The Spartans go into the AAA Section 8 outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Rocori was crushed by Brainerd (Brainerd, MN), 77-65, in a non-league outing.
The Cardinals now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Apollo for a AAA Section 8 outing on Thursday, January 12. Willmar will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 82-46 league loss to Alexandria (Alexandria, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 1-8.
