Colorado High School Basketball - Stanton County trounces Walsh

The Stanton County Trojans (Johnson, KS) basketball crushed the host Walsh Eagles (Walsh, CO), 67-40 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Trojans (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Sublette (Sublette, KS). The Larks go into the Hi-Plains test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Sublette walloped Elkhart (Elkhart, KS), 70-47, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Cheraw for a non-league test on Thursday, January 12. Walsh will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 71-38 non-league loss to Crowley County (Ordway, CO). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-2.
