The Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN) basketball crushed the host Fridley Tigers (Fridley, MN), 63-39 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Stars (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Richfield (Richfield, MN). The Spartans go into the AAA Section 6 test with a 3-7 record.
The Tigers now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Kennedy for a non-league test on Thursday, January 12. Fridley will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 61-29 non-league loss to DeLaSalle (Minneapolis, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 1-13.
