The Anacoco Indians basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Elizabeth Bulldogs to 45 in the Indians league victory on Tuesday.
The Indians now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pitkin for a B District 4 contest on Friday, January 13. Anacoco will battle a Tigers team coming off a 77-54 non-league win over Merryville (Merryville, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 20-9.
The Bulldogs (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Hicks (Leesville, LA). The Pirates come into the B District 4 contest with a 13-7 record. In their last contest, Hicks was defeated by Oak Hill (Hineston, LA), 65-51, in a league contest.
