Wisconsin High School Basketball - Appleton East can't hold off Kimberly

The Kimberly Papermakers basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Appleton East Patriots to 63 in the Papermakers league victory on Tuesday.
The Papermakers now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Appleton North for a Fox Valley contest on Friday, January 13. Kimberly will battle a Lightning team coming off a 73-33 league loss to Hortonville (Hortonville, WI). The Lightning record now stands at 5-6.
The Patriots (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Oshkosh North (Oshkosh, WI). The Spartans come into the Fox Valley contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Oshkosh North edged Appleton West (Appleton, WI), 66-27, in a league contest.
