Badger Badgers (Lake Geneva, WI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Waterford Wolverines (Waterford, WI), 61-41 in a league bout.

With the victory, Badger upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Badgers travel to Westosha Central (Salem, WI) to play the Falcons in a Southern Lakes bout on Friday, January 13. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 4-8. Westosha Central won 46-43 in their recent league bout against Delavan-Darien (Delavan, WI)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Wilmot Panthers (Wilmot, WI) in a Southern Lakes bout, on Friday, January 13. Waterford will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 4-10 record after their 60-40 league loss to Elkhorn (Elkhorn, WI).
