The West Side Roughriders basketball team (Newark, NJ), dropped 43-27 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Barringer Blue Bears (Newark, NJ)
The Blue Bears now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shabazz for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 12. Barringer will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 53-7 non-league loss to Science Park (Newark, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-5.
The Roughriders (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Irvington (Irvington, NJ). The Blue Knights come into the non-league battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Irvington dropped by Montclair (Montclair, NJ), 44-31, in a non-league battle.
