With the win, Benson Tech upgrades its record to 3-8 on the season. The Techmen host Roosevelt (Portland, OR) to clash with the Roughriders in a 6A Portland bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Roughriders go into the bout with a record of 2-9.

Next up, the Quakers clash with the Grant Generals (Portland, OR) in a 6A Portland bout, on Friday, January 13. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Generals go into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 45-40 league win over Lincoln (Portland, OR).
