The Burnet Bulldogs basketball team (Burnet, TX), was overwhelmed 44-22 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Lampasas Badgers (Lampasas, TX)
The Badgers now possess a 22-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marble Falls for a 4A Region III District 24 battle on Saturday, January 14. Lampasas will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 59-37 league win over Jarrell (Jarrell, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-12.
The Bulldogs (15-6) will now prepare for their battle against Jarrell (Jarrell, TX). The Cougars come into the 4A Region III District 24 battle with a 17-10 record.
