Oklahoma High School Basketball - Nowata can't hold off Caney Valley

The Caney Valley Trojans basketball team scored 33 points and held the visiting Nowata Ironmen to 29 in the Trojans league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dewey for a Northeast Valley contest on Friday, January 13. Caney Valley will battle a Bulldoggers team coming off a 29-26 league win over Chelsea (Chelsea, OK). The Bulldoggers record now stands at 2-3.
The Ironmen (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against South Coffeyville (South Coffeyville, OK). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record.
