In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Cape Fear Christian Academy Eagles (Erwin, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lee Christian Falcons (Sanford, NC), by a margin of 56-14.

The Eagles (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against Crossroads Christian (Henderson, NC). The Colts go into the NCISAA Mid-Carolina outing with a 14-2 record. In their last outing, Crossroads Christian was trounced by Oak Forest (Wake Forest, NC), 60-48, in a non-league outing.

The Falcons now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Wayne Christian for a non-league outing on Friday, January 13. Lee Christian will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 83-49 league loss to Wayne Country Day (Goldsboro, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 6-5.
