Mission Hills Grizzlies (San Marcos, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Carlsbad Lancers (Carlsbad, CA), 81-35 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mission Hills upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Westview (San Diego, CA) to play the Wolverines in a Palomar bout on Friday, January 13. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 15-2. Westview won 63-43 in their recent league bout against Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA)

Next up, the Lancers play the Del Norte Nighthawks (San Diego, CA) in a Palomar bout, on Friday, January 13. Carlsbad will attempt to upgrade on its 13-5 season record. The Nighthawks come into the bout with a 12-5 record after their 82-12 league win over El Camino (Oceanside, CA).
