Clarkrange Buffaloes (Clarkrange, TN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Monterey Wildcats (Monterey, TN), 87-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Clarkrange upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Buffaloes travel to Wartburg Central (Wartburg, TN) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 12. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-6.

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Sequatchie County Indians (Dunlap, TN) in a 2A District 5 bout, on Friday, January 13. Monterey will attempt to upgrade on its 11-10 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 29-24 non-league win over South Pittsburg (South Pittsburg, TN).
