Clarkrange Buffaloes (Clarkrange, TN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Red Boiling Springs Bulldogs (Red Boiling Springs, TN), 77-66 in a league bout.

With the win, Clarkrange upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Buffaloes travel to Wartburg Central (Wartburg, TN) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 12. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-6.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Pickett County Bobcats (Byrdstown, TN) in a 1A District 7 bout, on Friday, January 13. Red Boiling Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 10-3 record after their 44-41 non-league win over Gordonsville (Gordonsville, TN).
