Coleman Bluecats (Coleman, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Colorado Wolves (Colorado City, TX), 47-22 in a league bout.

With the win, Coleman upgrades its record to 3-8 on the season. The Bluecats travel to Bangs (Bangs, TX) to play the Dragons in a 2A Region I District 8 bout on Friday, January 13. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 8-15. Bangs lost 38-36 in their recent league bout against Winters (Winters, TX)

Next up, the Wolves play the Roscoe Plowboys (Roscoe, TX) in a 2A Region I District 8 bout, on Friday, January 13. Colorado will attempt to upgrade on its 4-23 season record. The Plowboys go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 41-30 league win over Miles (Miles, TX).
