The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Shelton won 48-46 in their recent league bout against Brook Hill (Bullard, TX)

Next up, the Knights play the Dallas Christian Chargers (Mesquite, TX) in a TAPPS 4A District 2 bout, on Friday, January 13. Covenant will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 11-8 record after their 60-8 league win over All Saints Episcopal (Tyler, TX).
