North Carolina High School Basketball - Crest trounces North Gaston

The Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC) basketball crushed the visiting North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC), 62-24 in Tuesday's league test.
The Chargers (3-11) will now prepare for their test against Forestview (Gastonia, NC). The Jaguars go into the 3A Conference 50 test with a 7-7 record. In their last test, Forestview was trounced by Huss (Gastonia, NC), 67-43, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Huss for a 3A Conference 50 test on Friday, January 13. North Gaston will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 67-43 league win over Forestview (Gastonia, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 8-5.
