Morrilton Devil Dogs (Morrilton, AR) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Dardanelle Sand Lizards (Dardanelle, AR), 58-36 in a league bout.

With the victory, Morrilton upgrades its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Devil Dogs travel to Pottsville (Pottsville, AR) to play the Apaches in a 4A Region 4 bout on Saturday, January 14. The Apaches come into the bout with a record of 8-6.

Next up, the Sand Lizards play the Pottsville Apaches (Pottsville, AR) in a 4A Region 4 bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Dardanelle will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record.
