The Johnson Crusaders basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Dayton Bulldogs to 50 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Crusaders now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Summit for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Johnson will meet a Hilltoppers team coming off a 48-26 non-league win over Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 3-6.

The Bulldogs (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Union Catholic (Scotch Plains, NJ). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Union Catholic nudged Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ), 40-38, in a non-league contest.
